Refund policy
We hope you love your order. Because our candles are thoughtfully made in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used or burned items.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Final sale, clearance, and seasonal items are not eligible for return or refund.
